Section 23

Service, conditions, facilities and duties, duties and rights of officials

(1) The term of office of Vice-Chancellor, General Secretary, Dean and Director will be four years.
(2) Other duties, duties and rights, remuneration, facilities and conditions of service of the office bearers shall be as prescribed.
